The Employers' Council assists more than 300 individual employers annually with employment-related matters.We offer employers, at no cost, one-on-one confidential assistance and advice to help in the management of employment matters. Two dedicated Employer Advisors can help you deal with workers' compensation, occupational health and safety, claims management, and appeals. Other staff and volunteers help with employment relations and human resource management issues. If you have a complex personnel issue, the Employers' Council can help you interpret many types of employment legislation and provide advice on issues including labour standards, terminations, collective bargaining, and human rights. |
