Case Law Review
The NLEC’s Labour and Employment Case Law Review is an annual event taking place each spring. The event gathers local labour and employment lawyers to present on emerging case law and legal issues related to employment from the last year.
This popular event provides employers with the opportunity to discuss these issues with prominent local lawyers and other business professionals.
Past Case Law Review presentations have included: Employer Duty to Accommodate Family Status, Disability & Discipline, Wrongful Dismissal, When and How to Discipline for Safety Violations, Employee Duty of Good Faith, Human Rights, Labour Relations and more.
