Objectives
- Ensure employers’ have an effective voice in all matters impacting the employment relationship;
- Ensure employers’ have access to advice, resources and information services;
- Raise the profile of employers’ issues with the general public.
Methods
- Communicating our policy and position statements broadly.
- Responding to current issues to ensure the employer position is known and understood.
- Communicating directly with key decision makers and other member contacts in our member organizations to ensure their needs are met.
